Prudence is both an artist and a chef and has become one of the UK's most critically acclaimed Food Artists. Her well known clients including The BBC, Cadburys, Virgin Media, Disney, Warner, Nestle, Pizza Express and BUPA to name a few.
In 2012 Prudence was commissioned by Dr. Oetker to create a giant portrait of the queen to celebrate the jubilee. Here she only used Dr Oetker's baking products, making a total of 2012 cakes to produce the artwork. (See video link below).
In addition to this masterpiece, Prudence was also booked by confectionery company Ferrero to erect 11ft Christmas trees in Covent Garden, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield. The worlds tallest edible Christmas tree's; made solely from Ferreo Rocher's, were displayed and enjoyed by members of the public as part of their 'Magic of Christmas' campaign.
Other recent commissions include a giant Gary Linekar made from Walkers Crisps, a giant gingerbread house with edible trees, Chris Moyles' chocolate head, The Taj Mahal made from rice and a life size version of Dita Von Cheese!
There are no limits to Prudence's creates, she is able to sculpt chocolate and food into edible art, making literally anything possible.
