The Folk are a unique and unparalleled acoustic pop trio laced with a twist of traditional folk.
At the tender ages of only 17 and 18, these ladies have come together and created a sound that combines the fiery and freshness of Florence Welch; a snippet of intelligent Lily Allen lyrics and melodies comparable to Mumford and Sons.
The girls bring together three very different voices which blend into perfect angelic harmonies! Not only blessed with vocal chords of goddesses, this acoustic pop trio have the musical abilities to match, bringing complex instrument changes into every tune. Piano, guitar, ukulele, a fiddle and mandolin all feature in their music.
The Folk are fresh on the scene, come with bags of potential and are about to take the nation by storm. This year they are playing Standon Calling Festival, Wilkestock and Folkstock festival to name a few.
