D-Jazz Pop is so much more than simply a swing band, and also so much more than just another party band!
With influences from Sinatra to Cee Lo, '60s to Samba, and Wham to Winehouse, D-Jazz Pop brings a unique mix to parties, weddings, and corporate events.
Over the past 15 years they have played at well over 1000 private parties in the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, France, Germany, Cambodia and Mauritius, as well as some major public venues such as 3 sold out gigs at the world famous Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club.
D-Jazz Pop have performed for companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes, Accenture, De Beers and many more in Paris, Berlin, Rome, Monte Carlo, Prague, and at the opening of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Azerbaijan. They have also performed for celebrities such as Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Anthony Hopkins.
Dance music ranges from Jazz and Rat Pack Swing through Bossa Nova and Samba, Classic Dance/Soul sounds of the 60s and 70s to recent chart hits ...so something for everyone to get the dancefloor full throughout the evening.
A background music set or an optional extra of an instrumental duo of keyboard and double bass to play some welcoming background music during the pre-dinner / early evening drinks reception, to create the right mood and set the tone for the rest of the party is also possible.
