Activity Summary
Evolve Events came to us to help deliver a high-end ‘Studio 54′ themed Christmas party for one of their corporate clients.
Kru Solution
Thoroughly researching the 1970′s Manhattan club,speaking to people who’d attended, noting the celebrity guest-list and getting under the ethos of the club was our first point of call.
A sassy, cheeky, hedonistic and highly glamorous establishment was quickly discovered, and a mood board created to reflect this. Working closely with Evolve Events we defined their aims of the party and short-listed a collection of acts to suit.
Meet and Greet transvestites was a key element to the party, so we cast 2 actors, sourced glamorous costumes, a make-up artist and hair stylist, and began creating 2 delightfully cheeky hosts.
A saucy burlesque dancer in a champagne glass also featured to wow the guests throughout the evening.
Results
All performers were commended for their high energy, finely tuned performances and understanding of the event
