Activity Summary
To provide full event services for a pop-up picnic in a classic quintessential London Square in Paddington. The aim is to attract local businesses; hotels and restaurants, and office workers to come and enjoy the space on a Friday afternoon.
Kru Solution
From brief to completion, the team saw this project through every stage until it was delivered. Obtaining temporary event licenses, deploying security, instructing leafletteers in the local vicinity, booking an Event Manager and implementing the event infrastructure where the first stages. From there KruTalent programmed 3 acoustic bands to play throughout the day whilst members of the public, workers and hotel guests came into the square to picnic and play on the giant outdoor games.
