Managing DirectorSarah-Jane first joined the agency Kru Live as a booking agent. In just 4 years she climbed the ranks to Managing Director. Responsible for significant project wins across multiple agencies and brands, her contribution has had a great impact on the development of the business and infrastructure to date. Sarah-Jane was recently voted the 17th most influential in the event industry and in January 2015, Kru Live reported a 70% year-on-year increase in turnover.

Head of Kru TalentLauralee joins the Kru Talent team as Talent Director after a 10 year long career in Event Staffing. Prior to this she enjoyed a spell working with Voice Artists and Extras for Commercials, Corporate & Music videos and idents, as well as working for a production agency sourcing models, photographers, make-up artists and hair stylist for a wide range of shoots. Lauralee is pleased to have come full circle and fulfil her passion of working with the most current and cutting edge talent and entertainers. Lauralee studied dance, drama and theatre studies but has always wanted to be able to sing.

Entertainment ManagerHettie Tetteh joined Kru Talent in November 2013 following a 2 year role within a fast paced event company. She has a strong background organising staff and logistics for large scale events including managing over 1000 people for the 2012 London Olympics. Previous to this, Hettie was involved in casting for film productions, both whilst studying Content Creation of Broadcasting at Ravensbourne University, and in her first role within a well-known casting agency. This has enabled Hettie to have a fine eye when spotting new talent and given her a passion to regimentally watch TV shows like Xfactor, BGT and The Voice. If she misses one, it’s definitely sky plussed to devour on a Sunday afternoon with a large portion of Jammie Dodgers!

Entertainment ManagerAnna-Marie is delighted to be part of the Kru Talent team joining as Entertainment Manager after 6 years in the world of events working in-house for corporations, as well as agency side and across the charity sector. Having trained from a young age as a dancer, and in later years in the art of fire and stilts, Anna-Marie has also had 12 years performing professionally at corporate functions and festivals including Glastonbury and Bestival. In 2009 Anna-Marie graduated from The University of Brighton in Printed Fashion Textile Design with Business Studies and has since completed some amazing contracts working with some of the industry’s best. Having always had a keen eye for design this led to a freelance career in fashion styling and creative production, winning Fashion’s Finest Stylist of the Year Award in 2013. Anna-Marie loves bringing the new and bold to any aspect of her entertainment and events, with keen attention to detail and an excitement to see the polished result of her work.

Entertainment AssistantMadeleine is the newest member of the KruTalent team, joining as Entertainment Assistant. After graduating from BIMM with a BA (Hons) in Professional Musicianship, Madeleine is looking forward to learning more about the world of entertainment and event management at KruTalent. She has a great passion for music and the arts, and regularly performs as lead vocalist with her band "The Penny Drops"

Entertainment ExecutiveMaia recently joined the Kru Talent team in 2016 after graduating from The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance with a BA (Hons) in Creative Musicianship. Having performed at many key events such as Miss Universe Croatia 2012 and various celebrity charity events abroad, Maia brings her extensive knowledge of live music entertainment to the team. Always looking out for unique and fresh acts Maia frequents London’s entertainment hotspots on the weekends.
Not a lot of people know Maia grew up on one of the Elaphiti Islands in Croatia and had to take a boat to school every day!
